Welcome to our website!
Our program sessions will be designed to fit your lifestyle and goals, you choose your days, times and place to exercise.
We have packages that cater for one-on-one, couples or groups which incorporates monthly assessments, cardio, strength, endurance and flexibility training.
Sessions last 45 minutes which incorporate warm-up, stretching, half an hour of continuous exercise and ends with stretching.
Exercice may include:
- Aerobic-type activities (Walking, Running)
- Calisthenics and or weightlifting-type activities to improve muscular strength and endurance.
- Flexibility exercice, such as stretching-type exercises to improve movement around joints and the
range of motion.
